Navigating Logistics Excellence: Expertise, Consulting & Training for a Stronger Future

Deliberately choosing for an education and career in the logistics business, I immediately settled in and called it my home !
During my 26-year career at Worldwide Flight Services, a global ground handling service provider, I gathered extensive knowledge and expertise in quality management, safety & security, training, process optimization with a love for special commodities (pharma, perishables, live animals, dangerous goods, high value goods).
When Covid ended my career at WFS in 2020, I regarded it as an opportunity rather than a set back and immediately dived into the world of consulting to help organizations by sharing my knowledge and expertise in different fields.

Today I work as an independent consultant, auditor for several IATA CEIV programs and an instructor for IATA and other training organizations. Strengthened by my
experience as a consultant, auditor and trainer, I founded LADEBA Consulting bv in 2023.

My mission? To navigate (logistics) companies to the next level, with
specialized consulting, customized training and close monitoring of progress to ensure a successful handover.
After that, I am happy to return and conduct an internal audit to verify that the system is still up-to-date and alive and kicking !
